So to play a bit of catch-up.
In the past couple of months I've
* Started therapy
* Came out at work as trans
* Started using a new female name, a name that I've wanted for years
* Started hormones (I've nicknamed my two pills "girlpower" and "ballbuster")
I've been on hormones for almost a week now. Unfortunately, I've had a cold for all but one of those days.
I feel like my brain is working better already, though that's a bit hard to judge. This is enough, fortunately, to overcome my awkward self-awareness of my breasts. Seriously! The morning after my first dose, my breasts were tingling and tender. I started folding my arms across them, except that kind of hurt. Clearly the pills are doing something.
